# HR Specialist Intern

## Description

Sperasoft is an international game development company and part of Keywords Studios. With contributions to world-renowned franchises including Halo, Fortnite, Call of Duty, Battlefield, and Assassin's Creed, Sperasoft delivers AAA co-development across engineering, art, design, technical art, and production.

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. Your role will involve performing a variety of administrative tasks, including updating employee records, collecting the necessary information from employees and other stakeholders, helping senior colleagues in their daily tasks.  

Your responsibilities will be:

-   Updating our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
-   Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
-   Addressing employee queries about benefits
-   Reviewing and distributing company policies in digital formats or hard copies, scanning documents and regular re-checking of documents in folders
-   Participating in organizing company events

## Requirements

-   Experience with MS Office
-   Organizational skills
-   BSc in Human Resources Management or similar field
-   Experience on similar junior HR role is a plus
