**The Role**

As an **Junior** **SEO Specialist** in our Marketing team, the ideal candidate would be highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking, have initiative, “can-do” attitude and a soft spot for digital marketing and technology. The Junior SEO Specialist will be contributing in planning, implementing and managing company's overall SEO strategy. She/ he will monitor SEO performance across all digital channels in all the countries we operate, analyze data to identify areas of improvement, create and manage SEO campaigns.  

Ideally, 2+ years of relevant business experience is required. What is more important, though, is that the candidate meets the minimum requirements and is an achiever and very fast learner, with a passion for digital marketing and technology.   
  

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Keyword research and on-page SEO optimization, including metadata and internal linking
-   Monitoring keyword positions and rankings, and identifying visibility opportunities or losses
-   Backlink building and outreach, including support with link acquisition campaigns
-   Monitoring brand mentions
-   Supporting content creation and optimization in collaboration with the copywriting team
-   Monitoring organic performance through GA4, Google Search Console, and AWR, and preparing basic reports
-   Coordinating with the Product team on SEO-related issues

## Requirements

**Must Have:**

-   Minimum 1-year prior experience (agency or client side) in managing implementation of SEO campaigns and Web Analytics Data to achieve assigned goals.
-   Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field graduate (Batchelor degree is a minimum, completed studies only)
-   Hands-on experience with Google Analytics & Search Console
-   Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
-   Strong research skills
-   Advanced MS Office skills (mainly excel & PowerPoint)
-   Knowledge and solid understanding of SEO concepts & tools
-   Proven ability to work both individually and in teams
-   Fluency in English and Greek
-   Completed military obligation (if relevant)

**Nice to Have:**

-   Master’s degree in marketing or related field
-   Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
-   Hands-on experience in PP
-   Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript (for SEO audits and Tag development)
-   Knowledge of PowerBi (or similar BI tools)
-   Experience on common SEO Tools (e.g. Ahrefs, AWR, Screaming Frog, etc.)
