Spokane Regional Clean Air Agency (Spokane Clean Air) administers state, federal and local regulations for managing air quality in the cities, towns and unincorporated areas of Spokane County. Agency staff conduct facility inspections, issue permits, measure ambient air quality and provide education and outreach programs. Spokane Clean Air’s motto, “Working with you for clean air” reflects its partnerships with individuals, educators, news outlets, civic and business leaders, public agencies and non-profits.
