We are currently looking for a **FP&A Senior Analyst** to join our Finance Team based in Athens.

The FP&A Analyst will be accountable for developing and maintaining Group’s financial and business planning models (budgets, forecasts, scenarios), performing analyses that will provide insights to drive business decisions, developing cross-functional KPIs to assess their impact in financial performance and preparing impactful presentations to communicate the aforementioned to internal and external stakeholders.

Your **Key Responsibilities** will be to:

-   Perform financial forecasting, reporting and analysis according to the company’s goals and financial status
-   Analyze operational and financial data to create business models driving well-informed decisions
-   Provide cost improvement recommendations and improve financial performance
-   Evaluate and report financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
-   Conduct business studies on past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends that will lead to solid suggestions for improvements
-   Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
-   Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accuracy in reporting
-   Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools
-   Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
-   Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function

## Requirements

-   BSc in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
-   CIMA accreditation, MBA, MSc in Business/ Decision sciences or similar will be considered an asset
-   5+ years of working experience in high-responsibility roles in Business and Financial Analysis
-   Proven knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
-   Highly proficient in spreadsheets and presentations development
-   Strong quantitative and analytical competency and business acumen
-   Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and relevant packages
-   Exceptional presentation, reporting and communication skills
-   Solid understanding of accounting principles and IFRS reporting
-   Self-starter, initiative-taker, hands-on doer and strategic thinker
