We are looking for a results-driven **Sales Point Supervisor** to join our Sales Team in **Thessaloniki**. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving revenue growth. You will lead, supervise, and coordinate the Sales Team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

Your **Key Responsibilities** will be to:

-   Ensure a high-quality customer experience by understanding customer needs, building strong relationships and providing effective solutions
-   Resolve complex customer issues or escalations when needed 
-   Ensure achievement of sales targets, quotas and overall business goals
-   Analyze and report on sales performance and KPIs on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to support management decision-making
-   Contribute to the delivery of optimal customer service by recruiting, training and retaining customer-focused sales personnel
-   Provide strong leadership to the sales team by setting clear expectations, offering guidance, mentoring and supporting the professional development of team members
-   Represent the company as a brand ambassador, promoting its values, services, and market leadership

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred
-   Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, customer support, client services, or a related role
-   Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
-   Experience in the automotive industry will be considered a plus
-   Prior experience managing a team is desirable
-   Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
-   Results-driven mindset with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
-   Solid understanding of company services, values and market positioning
-   Strong multitasking abilities with excellent time management and prioritization skills
