**Role Overview:**

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer for our **inhouse projects at Squaredev**.

## Requirements

**The ideal candidate will be responsible for:**

-   Designing and implementing scalable backend services and **APIs** using **Python**.
-   Developing responsive and maintainable frontend applications using **React** and **TypeScript**.
-   Collaborating with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-   Ensuring code quality through **testing**, **code reviews, and best practices**.
-   Improving system performance, reliability, and scalability.
-   Contributing to **CI/CD** pipelines and deployment processes.
-   Participating in architectural decisions and technical discussions.
-   Taking ownership of features from design to production.

**  
To excel in this role, you'll need:**

-   **At least 2 years** of experience as a fullstack engineer.
-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Extensive experience building **APIs** in **Python** (preferably **FastAPI**).
-   Strong experience in frontend development (preferably **React** & **TypeScript**)
-   Knowledge of backend systems. Auth strategies, task queues, async programming & event loops etc.
-   Experience with **CI/CD** pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
-   Experience with relational or NoSQL **databases**, including schema design, indexing and performance optimization.
-   Comfortable writing tests (unit and/or end-to-end).
-   Experience with **Git**.

**Nice to have:**

-   Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation tools.
-   Experience with **Node.js**.
-   Basic understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
