### **Role overview**

We are looking for a **Business Analyst** with proven experience in the banking sector to bridge business needs and technical solutions, gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements across banking products and processes.

## Requirements

**The ideal candidate will be responsible for:**

-   Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across banking operations.
-   Translating business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
-   Conducting gap analysis and process mapping for banking systems and workflows.
-   Supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing), validating that solutions meet business requirements.
-   Preparing business cases, process flows, and documentation (BRDs, FSDs, use cases).
-   Liaising between business units, IT teams, and external vendors throughout project delivery.
-   Participating in Agile/Waterfall project cycles, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

**To excel in this role, you'll need:**

-   **8+ years** of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid exposure to the banking/financial services sector.
-   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field.
-   Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
-   Experience with requirements elicitation techniques and documentation standards.
-   Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).
-   Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
-   Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-   Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, ECBA) is a plus.
