### **Role overview**

We are looking for experienced **IBM BAW Developers** to join our team and work on enterprise-scale business process automation projects, primarily in the banking and financial services sector.

You will be part of projects built on **IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)** — formerly known as IBM BPM — collaborating closely with business analysts, solution architects, and integration engineers to design, develop, and deliver mission-critical workflow solutions for some of the most demanding enterprise environments.

## Requirements

**The ideal candidate will be responsible for:**

-   Designing and implementing business processes using IBM BAW (Process Designer, Integration Designer).
-   Developing BPMN process models, human services (Coaches), and system integrations.
-   Integrating BAW with external systems via REST/SOAP web services.
-   Troubleshooting and optimizing workflow applications.
-   Collaborating with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

**To excel in this role, you'll need:**

-   At least **3 years of hands-on experience** with IBM BAW or IBM BPM (including WebSphere Lombardi).
-   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
-   Strong experience with **Process Designer** and **Integration Designer**.
-   Solid knowledge of **BPMN 2.0**.
-   Hands-on experience with **Java**, **JavaScript**, and **SQL**.
-   Experience integrating BAW with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
-   Understanding of software development lifecycle, **Git**, and CI/CD workflows.
-   Strong communication skills in English.

**Nice to have:**

-   Experience in **banking, financial services, or insurance** projects.
-   Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
-   Agile / Scrum experience.
-   Knowledge of IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation.
