## Description

**We are looking for:** 

A client-facing interior designer to guide our buyers from SPA signing through their schedule of finishes, personalisation upgrades and handover. You will own a portfolio of units across our projects, help each buyer shape a home that is truly theirs, and grow Customer Care upgrade revenue by advising on and selling the right upgrades and bundles.

**What will you do:**

-   Portfolio Ownership: Own a portfolio of units per project, from SPA completion through to handover, as the buyer's main point of contact.
-   Schedule of Finishes: Meet clients in person and online and finalise each schedule of finishes within the target finishes window.
-   Upgrade Advice & Sales: Advise on and sell upgrades and bundles: furniture, kitchen and carpentry, appliances, sanitary items, lighting, A/C, automations and layout alterations.
-   Quotations & SASPAs: Prepare quotations and SASPAs and follow them through to signature via DocuSign.
-   Design Proposals: Produce layouts, drawings and 3D visuals for client proposals.
-   Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with Project Management, Design, Technical and Procurement teams on feasibility, costs and progress.
-   Data & Systems: Keep client and SASPA data accurate and up to date in Customer Care systems.
-   Handover & Aftercare: Support clients through handover and the warranty period, and handle queries and complaints promptly and professionally.

## Requirements

**Must Have's:**

-   Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related field.
-   Relevant Experience: 1–4 years in interior design (junior to mid level), ideally in residential, real estate, fit-out, or kitchen/furniture showroom sales.
-   Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD.
-   Languages: Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken.
-   Client-Facing & Commercial: Comfortable presenting, recommending and closing upgrades.
-   Organisation: Able to manage many units across several projects against deadlines.
