Square One is one of Cyprus's fastest-growing residential developers, with over €150M in sales and 10 active off-plan developments across Limassol. We are expanding into Athens and beyond, and building out a procurement function capable of supporting an institutional-grade platform. We are an integrated platform: developer, operator, and fund manager under one roof. We're scaling rapidly into Athens, Tirana, and beyond, and we need a Talent Acquisition Lead to build the hiring engine that supports that growth.

**Position Summary**

You'll own end-to-end recruiting, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to hire across real estate development, finance and marketing. This is not a coordinator role. You'll define the hiring strategy, build the function from the ground up, and personally close senior hires.

In the next 12 months you'll hire across roles spanning Financial Controllers, VPs of Investor Relations, Project Managers, Heads of Marketing, hospitality operators, and country leads for new markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Own the full recruiting lifecycle across the Group, sourcing, screening, structured interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing

-   Partner with the CEO and department heads to define role scorecards, assessment processes, and hiring bars
-   Build and maintain a pipeline of senior talent across Cyprus, Greece, the UK, and our expansion markets
-   Design and run structured assessment processes including technical tests, case studies, and critical thinking exercises
-   Build our employer brand on LinkedIn and across the Cyprus and Greek markets
-   Own the ATS, hiring metrics, and reporting, time to hire, cost per hire, offer acceptance, 12-month retention
-   Develop relationships with executive search firms for our most senior hires, and run them in-house wherever possible
-   Build out the function over time, bring in coordinators and sourcers as volume grows

## Requirements

-   5+ years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally including a high-growth scale-up or PE-backed business
-   Demonstrated track record of closing senior hires (Director level and above) in finance, real estate, or hospitality
-   Comfortable operating with limited process and building it as you go
-   Strong commercial instincts, you understand what "good" looks like across very different functions
-   Excellent written and spoken English; Greek is a strong plus
-   Based in Limassol or willing to relocate; this is an on-site role
