**Position Summary:**

Square One is seeking a experienced Architect to join our growing development team. The successful candidate will coordinate the concept, product creation, and full multi-disciplinary integration of new residential and mixed-use projects to ensure they reflect Square One’s premium brand identity. Acting as the core design guardian, the position bridges the gap between external consultants, local regulations, and active site execution to protect architectural intent from planning to final build.

This is a critical role for someone who understands not only design, but how to effectively navigate Cyprus planning procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Coordination of the concept and product creation of new residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring they reflect Square One’s design vision, brand identity, and market positioning.
-   Review and provide detailed feedback on architectural designs prepared by external architects to ensure quality, functionality, and alignment with project objectives.
-   Oversee and coordinate MEP& Structural drawings to ensure full integration with architectural plans.
-   Conduct regular site inspections to verify that construction details align with approved design intent, product visuals, and company identity.
-   Ensure all designs comply with local planning regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
-   Collaborate closely with the internal development team, external consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.

## Requirements

**Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture; Registered Architect in Cyprus (preferred)

**Experience:** Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in a architectural studio with high-end residential or mixed-use development projects, with a heavy emphasis on design management, drawing integration, and site supervision.

**Technical Proficiencies:** Advanced command of AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD for complex plan reviews, alongside strong proficiency in cross-checking MEP and Structural layouts for structural clashes.

**Local Knowledge:** Comprehensive understanding of Cyprus planning policies, local building codes, and municipal approval workflows.

**Attitude & Personality**: Goal oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, self-motivated and driven.

**Languages:** Fluency in both **Greek and English** is required to seamlessly navigate technical site documentation and communicate with international stakeholders.
