**Job Description:**

The Architect – CDK Support is responsible for designing and supporting a cloud-native API Catalog Platform using AWS technologies. The role focuses on defining scalable AWS architectures, implementing Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK, and supporting the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for selected API catalog functionalities. The Architect will ensure secure, scalable, and modern platform solutions aligned with self-service and API management requirements.

K**ey Responsibilities:**

Design AWS-based architecture concepts for the API catalog platform.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK.

Implement PoC solutions covering selected catalog functionalities.

Design and support scalable cloud solutions using ECS, Amplify v2, ALB, VPC, and CodePipeline.

Define authentication and authorization concepts for secure platform access.

Support multi-frontend architecture implementation using Amplify.

Design UX concepts leveraging Cloudscape Design System.

Contribute to API gateway integration and API management capabilities.

Support evaluation and comparison of alternative solution approaches.

Prepare technical documentation and architectural recommendations.

Collaborate with development, platform, and security teams.

## Requirements

**Qualifications:**

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS CDK.

Experience with Amazon ECS, Amplify v2, CodePipeline, ALB, and VPC.

Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts.

Experience with TypeScript and React.

Experience with Cloudscape Design System.

Knowledge of multi-frontend architecture patterns.

Strong understanding of scalable AWS cloud architectures
