### Job Description

We are hiring for a highly experienced **Principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer** to join a leading technology-driven organization delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation solutions.

This role is ideal for a senior technical professional with deep hands-on development expertise in **Microsoft Dynamics 365** and **Power Platform**, with the ability to lead technical initiatives, support architecture decisions, and mentor development teams across complex CRM environments.

The ideal candidate should be strongly developer-focused rather than functional/operational, with extensive experience across both **on-premises** and **cloud-based** Microsoft ecosystems.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
-   Lead technical implementation activities across enterprise CRM projects.
-   Develop and maintain custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and APIs.
-   Build scalable solutions using Power Platform technologies.
-   Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
-   Support system architecture, performance optimization, and technical governance.
-   Mentor technical teams and provide leadership across CRM development activities.
-   Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.

### Required Qualifications

-   11+ years of experience in software development and CRM technologies.
-   Strong hands-on development experience with:

-   Microsoft Dynamics 365
-   Power Apps
-   Power Platform
-   CRM Customization & Integrations

-   Experience across both:

-   On-Premises environments
-   Cloud environments

-   Strong experience with:

-   C#
-   .NET Framework / .NET Core
-   JavaScript / TypeScript
-   REST APIs & Integrations
-   Azure Services

-   Excellent English communication skills (Advanced Level).
-   Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
