## Description

**Job Purpose:\***

To lead the store to deliver an iconic, world-class customer experience, drive sales and profitability, and build a high-performing team that lives the Victoria's Secret brand values: Passion, Customer Obsession, and Empowerment.

**\*Key Responsibilities:\***

**\*A. Sales & Business Leadership:\***

**\-** Own full P&L responsibility for the store - drive sales, KPIs (Conversion, UPT, ADS, AUR)

\- Analyze sales reports and create strategic action plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets

\- Drive loyalty program (Angel Card), Bra Fit events, and new collection launches

**\*B. Customer Experience:\***

**\-** Ensure every customer receives an elevated, intimate and inclusive bra fitting and styling experience

\- Model VS Selling Behaviors - Greet, Discover, Fit, Style, and Inspire loyalty

\- Handle VIP and escalated customer concerns with professionalis**m**

**\*C. Team Leadership & Development:\***

\- Recruit, train, coach and retain top talent - build a strong pipeline of Assistant Managers and Supervisors

\- Conduct daily huddles, weekly trainings on product knowledge (Bra, Panty, Beauty, PINK)

\- Drive performance management, succession planning and engagement

**\*D. Operations & Visual Merchandising:\***

**\-** Ensure full compliance with VS Visual Merchandising guidelines, brand standards and VM directives

\- Maintain operational excellence: Stockroom, inventory accuracy, shrink control, health & safety, and audit compliance

\- Ensure all promotions, pricing, and marketing are executed flawlessly

## Requirements

**Qualifications:\***

**\- Bachelor's Degree preferred**

\- 4+ years of Store Management experience in premium / luxury fashion, beauty, or lingerie retail (Zara, H&M, Sephora, etc.)

\- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading large teams (15+ staff)

\- Strong business acumen, fluent in English, excellent communication skills

\- Passion for Victoria's Secret brand and empowering women**.**
