BIM Specialist (Architectural / Mechanical / Electrical)

**Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering is a MUST.

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar positions.

• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software industry.

• Proficiency in Revit software.

• A strong understanding of the BIM workflow.

• Excellent level in English.

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to articulate complex technical information to non- technical audiences.

• Familiarity with 4D modeling is a plus.

• Knowledge of programming tools such as Dynamo or Python is a plus.

• Preferably owning a car.

• Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience as an instructor.

## Requirements

**Responsibilities**

**•** Participate in pre-sales activities, including delivering technical sessions to potential and existing clients.

• Implement and support BIM technologies, especially Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest BIM tools and workflows.

• Engage with new customers daily, presenting cutting-edge BIM solutions tailored to their needs.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to continuously improve service

delivery.

• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise that supports business growth.
