- Support the maintenance and reporting of interest rate and forex risk positions.

**4\. Banking Relationship Management & Compliance**

- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact with onshore and offshore banking partners, ensuring queries and requirements are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounting, legal, commercial) to gather documentation required by banks.
- Monitor and comply with anti-fraud controls, treasury policies, and internal/external audit recommendations relating to banking operations.

**5\. Reporting & MIS**

- Prepare periodic MIS, treasury dashboards, and debt/facility utilization reports for the CFO and senior management.
- Maintain accurate records supporting bank reconciliations, treasury controls, and audit requirements.

**6\. Strategic & Financing Support**

- Support the CFO in structuring, reviewing and negotiating credit facilities, term sheets and legal/banking agreements with banks and lawyers.
- Assist in sourcing working capital and trade finance facilities from commercial banks, and provide supporting analysis for engagement with multilateral institutions (e.g. IFC, DEG, EBRD, FMO) where relevant.
- Contribute treasury data and analysis to financing proposals, board papers and debt reviews prepared by senior management.
