## Description

## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Architectural Draftsman** to prepare, update, and maintain accurate architectural technical drawings throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves developing shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings while ensuring compliance with project specifications, technical standards, and site requirements.

## Key Responsibilities

-   Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, sections, and schedules based on approved designs and specifications.
-   Develop and update architectural shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings.
-   Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and BIM teams to ensure drawing accuracy and resolve clashes.
-   Revise drawings based on technical review comments, RFIs, site conditions, and design changes.
-   Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and relevant standards.
-   Maintain drawing version control and ensure timely submission of updated drawings.
-   Support technical submissions, quality assurance, and project handover documentation.
-   Maintain organized drawing records in accordance with project requirements.

## Requirements

-   Diploma or certificate in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related technical field.
-   3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting.
-   Proven practical experience preparing architectural shop drawings and as-built drawings.
-   Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
-   Working knowledge of Revit and its application in architectural drafting.
-   Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
-   Ability to coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and BIM disciplines.
-   Familiarity with drawing revision procedures, document control, and technical submission requirements.
-   Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
-   Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
-   Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within a technical team.
-   Ability to manage multiple drawing revisions and meet project deadlines.
