## Description

**Job Purpose**

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating compelling 2D visual assets to support the design and execution of live events, exhibitions, activations, and branded environments. This role will focus on conceptualizing and delivering creative solutions across print and digital formats — including branding, large-scale graphics, signage, wayfinding systems, and marketing materials — all tailored for temporary and permanent event environments. The designer will ensure that all visuals align with client objectives, brand guidelines, and the creative vision of each event.

**Key Accountability**

**Event Visual Developmen**t

Design 2D visual content for a wide range of event elements including: Event branding and key visuals - Backdrops, banners, roll-ups, and large-scale signage - Wayfinding and directional graphics - Print collateral (badges, brochures, invites, etc.) - Digital assets (social media, LED screens, presentations)

‒ Develop and refine brand identity systems for events and activations, including logo lockups, color palettes, and typographic systems.

‒ Adapt key visuals across various event dimensions and formats while maintaining design integrity

**Production & Pre-Press**

Prepare print-ready artwork with correct specifications (bleed, resolution, file type, color mode).

‒ Ensure all assets meet production requirements for different formats (vinyl, fabric prints, rigid boards, etc.).

‒ Liaise with printers and production suppliers to ensure accurate output and high-quality finishes.

‒ Support mockups and visualizat

**Collaboration & Communication**

‒ Work closely with 3D designers, production managers, and project leads to align 2D visuals with the overall creative and spatial design

. ‒ Participate in creative brainstorms and contribute ideas for visual storytelling and spatial branding.

‒ Receive and interpret briefs accurately from internal teams and clients.

‒ Revise designs based on feedback from creative leads and stakeholders.

**File & Asset Management**

‒ Maintain a structured and organized archive of project files, templates, and creative assets.

‒ Create design documentation and guidelines for consistent rollout across all touchpoints.

## Requirements

**Qualifications/Requirement**

**Education & Certification:**

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field

**Experience**

− Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work

**Other:**

− Proficiency in design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.

− Creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing content.

− Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

− Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

− Adaptability and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced social media environment.

− Knowledge of social media trends, image dimensions, and best practices.

− Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey design concepts.
