# BIM Specialist - Client Presentation & Training

## Description

-   **Participate in pre-sales activities, including delivering technical sessions to potential and existing clients.**

**• Implement and support BIM technologies, especially Autodesk Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.**

**• Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on the latest BIM tools and workflows.**

**• Engage with new customers daily, presenting cutting-edge BIM solutions tailored to their needs.**

**• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging BIM technologies to continuously improve service**

**delivery.**

**• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise that supports business growth**

## Requirements

**• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering is a MUST.**

**• Minimum 4 years’ experience in similar positions.**

**• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within the software industry.**

**• Proficiency in Revit software.**

**• A strong understanding of the BIM workflow.**

**• Excellent level in English.**

**• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.**

**• Ability to articulate complex technical information to non- technical audiences.**

**• Familiarity with 4D modeling is a plus.**

**• Knowledge of programming tools such as Dynamo or Python is a plus.**

**• Preferably owning a car.**

**• Priority will be given to candidates with previous experience as an instructor.**
