## Description

**Senior CVM & Marketing Analytics – Banking**

-   **7+ years of experience** in Banking CVM, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Analytics.
-   Strong experience in **customer segmentation, cross-sell modelling, campaign eligibility, uplift, and incrementality measurement**.
-   Must have solid experience in the **Banking industry**.
-   Experience in designing and measuring **banking marketing campaigns** end-to-end.
-   Strong understanding of banking commercial drivers, including:

-   Product holding & cross-sell
-   Deposit & balance growth
-   Lending & card propensity
-   New-to-bank acquisition

-   Experience owning CVM use cases such as:

-   Cross-sell
-   Card activation & usage
-   Balance growth
-   Silent attrition
-   Lifecycle & transaction triggers

-   Good understanding of **marketing eligibility and regulatory requirements**, including suitability, affordability, credit gating, and auditability.
-   Strong experience in **control group design and incrementality measurement**.
-   **SQL** knowledge is required.
-   Nice to have:

-   Islamic Banking experience
-   Customer Data Platform / Campaign Management Platform experience
-   Experience working with Engineering teams to define customer attributes and segments.
