## Description

### Key Responsibilities

-   Generate new business opportunities for Smart Home and Smart Building projects.
-   Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with real estate developers, consultants, and contractors across the Saudi market.
-   Follow up on projects from the design stage through tendering, execution, and project completion.
-   Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
-   Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and business objectives.
-   Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure proper project implementation.
-   Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
-   Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging Smart Home technologies.
-   Identify potential projects and convert opportunities into successful sales.

## Requirements

### Experience

-   Minimum 3 years of experience in Smart Home Solutions or Low Current Systems.
-   Proven experience in B2B project sales within the Smart Home or Smart Building industry.
-   Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business opportunities.

### Technical Knowledge

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

-   KNX (Certification preferred)
-   Zigbee
-   Z-Wave
-   WiFi Smart Home Systems
-   Matter Protocol
-   Building Management Systems (BMS)

### Sales & Business Development

-   Established relationships with real estate developers, consulting firms, and contractors in Saudi Arabia.
-   Ability to generate projects and convert business relationships into actual sales opportunities.
-   Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
-   Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

### Technical & Commercial Skills

-   Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
-   Ability to review and analyze Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
-   Experience in preparing technical and commercial offers.
-   Ability to coordinate between clients, consultants, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   KNX Certification or strong hands-on KNX implementation experience.
-   Strong network within the Saudi real estate and construction sectors.
-   Experience working on large-scale Smart Home and Smart Building projects.
-   Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
