**· Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.**

**· Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.**

**· Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies.**

**· Implement and enforce safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.**

**· Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to optimize warehouse processes and support business objectives.**

**· Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and supplies, ensuring proper maintenance and availability.**

**· Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.**

**· Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations and material handling.**

## Requirements

**Job Requirements:**

**· Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.**

**· 3 to 7 years of experience in warehouse supervision or a similar logistics role.**

**· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.**

**· Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.**

**· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team coordination.**

**· Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.**

**· Solid understanding of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes.**

**· Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.**

**· Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for process improvement.**

**· Flexibility to work extended hours or shifts as required by operational demands.**
