## Description

-   Oversee the implementation, customization, and management of ERP across various business functions.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design ERP modules accordingly.
-   Manage the ERP development team to create and integrate custom modules and functionalities to enhance operational efficiency.
-   Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement in the ERP setup.
-   Provide ongoing support and training to users regarding best practices.
-   Stay updated with the latest ERP releases and features, working closely with the development team for smooth upgrades and transitions.
-   Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to ensure business processes are optimized.
-   Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to ERP functionalities promptly.
-   Communicate with vendors and external partners for software integrations and additional system capabilities.
-   Prepare and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and user manuals.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as an ERP management role.
-   Strong knowledge of ERP modules, configurations, and customizations.
-   Strong leadership background in managing ERP projects and teams.
-   Hands-on knowledge of core modules (Finance, Inventory, Warehouse).
-   Bonus if you bring skills in Python, PostgreSQL, and integrations.
-   Familiarity with SQL databases, Python, and JavaScript for development and customization.
-   Previous experience in managing implementation projects and overseeing cross-functional teams.
-   Solid understanding of business processes across various departments (Sales, Finance, Inventory, etc.).
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
-   Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles.
-   A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
-   Previous experience in Python, PostgreSQL, and integrations will be a PLUS.
-   Odoo certifications are a plus.
