## Description

• Achieve planned sales goals.

• Set individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Lead orientations with team for brokers companies.

• Develop, implement sales plans.

• Follow up Leads feedback.

• Track sales goals and report results as necessary.

• Oversee sales activities and performance of the sales team.

• Deliver ongoing training and coaching for the sales team.

• Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

• Promote the organization and products.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

• Analyze sales activities and set performance measures to support decision making.

• Prepare reports for management about Team performance.

• Develop new business opportunities to maximize sales revenue.

• Other duties may be added.

## Requirements

Experience in the same field (Real Estate) not less than 10 years.

Experience in the same title not less than 3 years.

Experience in Zayed area.

Must have a car.

Preferable to be a resident of Sheik Zayed.
