## Description

**Job Purpose:\***

To support the Store Manager in leading the store operations, driving sales, and delivering the ultimate customer experience. You are the leader on the floor when the Store Manager is away.

**\*Key Responsibilities:\***

\- \*Be a Sales Driver:\* Lead from the sales floor, coach associates in real-time on Bra Fitting and cross-selling to achieve UPT and Conversion goals

\- \*Customer Obsession:\* Ensure every customer feels confident and celebrated. Lead by example in delivering expert fittings

\- \*Operational Excellence:\* Open and close the store, manage cash reconciliation, staff scheduling, shipment processing, and inventory control

\- \*Team Coaching:\* Train new associates on product knowledge, VS Service Standards, and Loss Prevention policies

\- \*Visual & Brand:\* Execute daily VM standards, replenishment, and ensure the sales floor is always flawless and on-brand per global guidelines

\- \*Reporting:\* Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), monitor KPIs, and communicate business updates to the Store Manager

## Requirements

\***Qualifications**:\*

\- 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Manager / Supervisor / Key Holder in fashion/beauty retail

\- Strong selling skills and deep interest in fashion, lingerie and beauty trends

\- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills

\- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (retail hours)

\- Fluent English is a must
