Job Description

We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager** with strong experience in **software project delivery** to take ownership of project planning, execution, coordination, and release management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing software development plans, coordinating developers and QA teams, tracking tasks and deadlines, resolving blockers, managing changes, and ensuring successful project delivery from planning through release.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage software development projects from **planning through release**.
-   Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear **tasks, owners, timelines, and deliverables**.
-   Coordinate closely with **developers, QA, and business stakeholders**.
-   Track project progress, identify delays, and ensure timely follow-up.
-   Identify, manage, and resolve project **blockers and dependencies**.
-   Drive release planning and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
-   Clarify project requirements and coordinate changes throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and take appropriate action.
-   Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams.
-   Follow up on development and QA activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
-   Provide regular project status updates and highlight potential delivery risks.

## Requirements

-   **4+ years of experience** in Project Management, Software Project Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role.
-   Proven experience managing **software development projects** from planning through release.
-   Strong experience in **software project delivery and project planning**.
-   Hands-on experience coordinating **developers and QA teams**.
-   Experience maintaining delivery plans with clear **tasks, owners, deadlines, and milestones**.
-   Strong ability to track project progress, delays, dependencies, and blockers.
-   Experience managing **software releases and release timelines**.
-   Ability to work directly with **business stakeholders** to clarify requirements and manage changes.
-   Strong understanding of the **software development lifecycle (SDLC)**.
-   Strong communication, coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to take ownership of project delivery and drive teams toward agreed deadlines.
-   Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
-   Previous **software development or data engineering experience** is a plus.
-   Experience managing **data, analytics, or AI projects** is a plus.
-   Experience working as a **Software Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager** is preferred.
