## Description

**Position Summary**

A leading international technology consulting organization is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Oracle ERP and Oracle Fusion implementation projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end ERP projects, driving project governance, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires strong project leadership, planning, execution, and client management skills, along with experience working in Saudi Arabia.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion implementation and transformation projects.
-   Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
-   Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
-   Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
-   Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical consultants, developers, testing teams, and third-party vendors.
-   Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive status reporting.
-   Monitor project progress and proactively resolve obstacles impacting delivery timelines.
-   Manage resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal project execution.
-   Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong client relationships throughout project delivery.
-   Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and organizational processes.
-   Support project transition activities, go-live planning, hypercare support, and project closure activities.
-   Track project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management and client leadership.
-   Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of Oracle ERP/Fusion solutions.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
-   Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP project delivery and enterprise application implementations.
-   Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager delivering Oracle ERP and/or Oracle Fusion projects.
-   Strong experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation through deployment and support.
-   Demonstrated expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
-   Experience working with large enterprise customers and complex ERP transformation initiatives.
-   Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
-   Excellent leadership, coordination, and team management capabilities.
-   Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
-   Arabic language skills are preferred.

**Mandatory Certifications**

-   Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:

-   PMP (Project Management Professional)
-   PRINCE2
-   PMI-ACP
-   Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
-   Equivalent Project or Program Management Certification

**Preferred Experience**

-   Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
-   Prior project delivery experience within Saudi Arabia.
-   Familiarity with local business practices and stakeholder management within the Kingdom.
-   Experience working within Middle East enterprise environments.
-   Exposure to digital transformation and ERP modernization programs.

**Tools & Technologies**

-   Experience with one or more of the following tools is preferred:

-   Microsoft Project
-   Jira
-   ServiceNow
-   Azure DevOps
-   Confluence
-   Clarity PPM
-   Other PMO, project management, and service management platforms
