## Description

We are looking for a Product Owner with strong analytical and business analysis skills, capable of translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and collaborating effectively with technical teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of data structures, relational models, and data quality concepts, or solid knowledge of the banking domain and financial products.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
-   Collaborate with Product Leads, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
-   Identify dependencies, inconsistencies, missing information, and potential impacts related to business requirements and proposed solutions.
-   Evaluate business value and prioritize requirements and backlog items based on business needs and priorities.
-   Manage multiple requirements simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.
-   Support effective stakeholder communication and collaboration throughout the requirements and delivery process.
-   Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and proactively address complex business and data-related challenges.

## Requirements

-   A strong understanding of data structures, relational models, and data quality validation concepts.
-   Good understanding of the banking domain and financial products.
-   A minimum of **3 years of hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas**:

-   Data structures, relational models, and data quality.
-   Banking and financial products.

-   Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
-   Good business analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into clear and detailed documentation.
-   Ability to identify dependencies, inconsistencies, information gaps, and potential business or technical impacts.
-   Ability to assess business value, prioritize backlog items, and manage multiple requirements effectively.
-   Strong stakeholder management, communication, and teamwork skills.
-   A proactive, challenge-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn new concepts and solve complex problems.
