## Description

1\. Design Development & Drafting:- Prepare detailed construction drawings for Structural & Bridge or Utilities & Roads

projects.- Assist in developing design solutions under guidance of Senior Engineers / Team

Leads.

2\. Technical Support:- Coordinate with Senior Engineers and UAE project teams to clarify technical

requirements.- Provide technical input for temporary works, shop drawings, and design

modifications.

3\. Review & Verification:- Check own and peers’ drawings for accuracy and compliance with project

standards.- Ensure drawings follow UAE and international codes (Eurocode, BS, AASHTO,

DM, RTA, DEWA).

4\. Team Collaboration:- Work closely with Junior / Drafting Engineers to ensure quality and timeliness of

deliverables.- Assist Team Lead in coordinating tasks within the discipline team.

5\. Documentation & Reporting:- Maintain proper drawing documentation and version control.- Report progress and issues to the Team Lead or Senior Engineer.

## Requirements

1\. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Construction Engineering.

2\. Experience:- 4–8 years of professional experience in infrastructure projects.- Experience in preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, and design

development.- Exposure to international or Middle East project standards preferred.

3\. Technical Skills:- Strong knowledge of structural or civil design principles relevant to assigned

discipline.- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or MicroStation for drafting purposes.- Understanding of UAE and international codes and construction standards.

4\. Communication & Teamwork:- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and coordinate with project engineers.- Good English communication skills (written and spoken).

5\. Personal Attributes:- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in problem-solving.- Able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.- Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise under mentorship
