## Description

We are seeking an experienced **Senior Scrum Master (Program Manager)** to lead multiple Agile software development teams within a SaaS environment. This role focuses on driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum processes, coaching teams, and ensuring successful software delivery aligned with business objectives.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, promoting Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement.
-   Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-   Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align priorities and deliverables.
-   Monitor sprint velocity, project milestones, risks, and team performance.
-   Remove roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and improve team collaboration.
-   Drive Agile process improvements and provide regular project status updates.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   **8+ years of Scrum Master experience and 5+ years of Agile Project Management experience**, preferably within SaaS product development.
-   Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
-   Experience leading multiple Agile teams across different geographic locations.
-   Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
-   Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
-   Availability to work **U.S. Eastern Time business hours**.

**Preferred:** Bachelor's degree and CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
