## Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet the needs of our clients. If you have a passion for connecting with people, an understanding of technical roles, and experience in recruitment, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
-   Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
-   Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
-   Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization
-   Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
-   Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
-   Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
-   Ability to work within the team and coordinate team activities (Job Fair).

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field.
-   Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
-   Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
-   Strong understanding of technical roles and the recruitment process.
-   Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software.
-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-   Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
-   Commitment to ethical recruiting practices and candidate care.
