## Description

We are seeking a highly competent, exceptionally friendly, and bubbly Virtual Medical Administrative Assistant to serve as a key patient-facing representative. This role demands an administrative professional who can seamlessly balance fast-paced front desk operations with intricate medical-legal tasks like insurance verification and referral management.

Key Responsibilities:**

-   **Patient Communication & Front Desk Operations:** Manage high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls with a warm, energetic, and empathetic demeanor, ensuring a premium patient experience.
-   **Procedure Advocacy & Patient Education:** Actively study and master the clinic’s medical procedures to confidently explain treatment steps, answer inquiries, and spread knowledge to patients.
-   **Complex Appointment & Telehealth Scheduling:** Coordinate medical calendars, book patient appointments, and provide technical troubleshooting and workflow support for remote Telehealth visits.
-   **Insurance Verification & Pre-Authorizations:** Execute end-to-end insurance workflows, confirming patient eligibility and securing timely prior authorizations to avoid billing disruptions.
-   **Referral & EHR Management:** Process and track incoming and outgoing patient referrals while maintaining meticulous, up-to-date health records within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

## Requirements

The ideal candidate is not just a task-manager, but a proactive learner who will take the time to thoroughly understand the clinic's specific medical procedures to educate, reassure, and guide patients. Flawless, accent-free English communication is an absolute baseline requirement for this role.
