## Description

We are seeking a **professional, bilingual (English/Spanish) Female Medical Receptionist** to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a confident, patient-focused approach and a natural leadership presence.

This role requires someone who is comfortable educating patients about **out-of-network benefits, copays, deductibles, and insurance coverage** while delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and through patient communications.

Experience with **Prompt EMR** is highly preferred, but candidates with experience using other electronic medical record systems are also encouraged to apply.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications

-   Female candidate.
-   Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
-   Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Medical Administrative Assistant, or similar healthcare administrative role.
-   Strong knowledge of:

-   Insurance verification
-   Out-of-network benefits
-   Copays
-   Deductibles
-   Patient financial responsibility

-   Comfortable explaining insurance coverage and payment responsibilities to patients in a clear, confident, and compassionate manner.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-   Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

-   Comfortable handling a high volume of patient calls.
-   Experience working with EMR systems.

### Preferred Qualifications

## Benefits

**Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a negotiable pay rate depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.**
