## Description

We are seeking a warm, Spanish-bilingual **Patient Outreach Specialist** to support our multi-specialty community health center. The ideal candidate brings a bubbly personality, strong phone presence, and hands-on outbound calling experience to engage patients over the phone, schedule annual primary care physicals, and re-engage no-show patients.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Make high-volume outbound calls to primary care (PCP) patients to schedule annual physicals and routine checkups.
-   Bring a bubbly, friendly, and uplifting personality to every call, building positive rapport with patients over the phone.
-   Execute proactive outreach to re-engage no-show patients, confirm upcoming visits, and encourage regular preventative care.
-   Navigate call management platforms to efficiently handle daily outbound workflows while keeping call quality high.
-   Accurately schedule appointments, update patient demographics, and document call outcomes directly within the electronic health record system.
-   Coordinate scheduling across our health center's multiple specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care.

## Requirements

**Outbound Call Experience:** Proven background handling high-volume outbound calls, telemarketing, or patient scheduling outreach.

**Personality & Demeanor:** Bubbly, warm, energetic, and highly articulate over the phone with great interpersonal skills.

**Language Skills:** Bilingual in English and Spanish.

**Technical Skills:** Experience with VOIP phone systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software.

**Core Qualities:** Meticulous attention to detail, proactive follow-up habits, and reliable attendance.

**Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour depending on skillset and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8-5pm PST.**
