## Description

We are seeking an exceptionally polished, charismatic, and growth-minded **Virtual Front Desk & Sales Consultant** to manage patient intake and treatment consultations for our newly opened practice, **Infuderm** ([infudermva.com](https://infudermva.com/)). Operating in the high-end medical aesthetics space, our brand represents luxury, transformative skincare, and exceptional patient care.

This is a dynamic, dual-impact role combining front office administrative flow with active sales and patient education. You will be the primary voice and digital face of Infuderm—welcoming patients, answering complex treatment inquiries, and converting patient interest into booked consultations and high-value procedures. We are seeking a dependable, long-term partner who is excited to step in at the ground floor and grow alongside our expanding team.  
  
**Schedule & Shift Details**

-   **Schedule:** Full-Time, 40 hours per week | Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (US Eastern Standard Time)

**Top 3 Primary Duties**

1.  **Front Desk Operations:** Managing live patient scheduling, handling high-volume calls, executing patient check-in/check-out workflows, and delivering five-star concierge customer service.
2.  **Patient Sales & Consultation Education:** Serving as an aesthetic expert to explain treatment benefits and actively convert patient inquiries into booked consultations and procedures.
3.  **Administrative Support:** Maintaining clean patient records, coordinating provider daily calendars, and supporting the day-to-day virtual operations of the practice.

### Core Responsibilities

**Patient Engagement & Aesthetic Sales**

-   **Consultative Conversion:** Educate prospective and existing patients on our aesthetic treatment menu (including Botox/neurotoxins, laser therapies, microneedling, radiofrequency, and PRP), articulately converting phone and digital inquiries into scheduled provider appointments.
-   **Front Office Concierge:** Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, manage appointment calendars, confirm upcoming visits, and process patient check-in/check-out details.
-   **Patient Relationship Management:** Serve as a trusted advisor to patients, answering treatment pre-care and post-care questions while maintaining a warm, welcoming presence.

**Practice Administration & Growth**

-   **EMR & Records Management:** Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic health records, schedule blocks, and patient charts within our clinical ecosystem.
-   **Provider Calendar Optimization:** Coordinate provider schedules to ensure smooth operational flow and maximum calendar density without overbooking.
-   **Long-Term Practice Support:** Assist with administrative workflows to support the ongoing scaling of our newly opened clinic location.

## Requirements

**Must-Have / Required Qualifications**

-   **Aesthetic Domain Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience working within an **Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, or Medical Spa (MedSpa)** environment.
-   **Treatment Mastery:** Strong, foundational knowledge of key aesthetic treatments, including **Botox, laser treatments, microneedling, radiofrequency (RF), and PRP**.
-   **Language & Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone voice. **This role is open to fluent English-only speakers OR English/Spanish Bilingual candidates.**
-   **Sales Aptitude:** Confident, persuasive, and comfortable discussing aesthetic pricing, recommending treatment plans, and closing sales over the phone.
-   **Remote Workspace:** A completely private, quiet home office equipped with reliable high-speed internet, a computer, and a professional headset.

**Nice-to-Have / Preferred Qualifications**

-   **Specialized EMR Experience:** Hands-on experience navigating **AestheticPro EMR** is a strong plus.
-   **Language Proficiency:** Professional fluency in English (for English only applicants) or **Spanish** (spoken and written) alongside fluent English (for Bilingual applicants)
-   **Growth Mindset:** Prior experience helping a newly launched practice scale its patient base.
