# Bilingual Dental Insurance Specialist/ Patient Coordinator

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, camera-ready Dental Treatment Coordinator to manage patient care plans, dental insurance verifications, and patient communications for our dental practice. The ideal candidate possesses verified dental office experience (a dental medical background is preferred), speaks fluent bilingual English/Spanish and has hands-on experience using Dentrix and Mango Voice.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Treatment Plan Coordination:** Present clear, video-facing treatment plans and financial options to patients, maintaining a camera-ready, professional presence.

**Dental Insurance Verification:** Perform thorough dental benefit verifications, calculate copays, and manage pre-authorizations to prevent care delays.

**Patient & Provider Communication:** Answer patient questions, manage follow-ups, and coordinate care workflows using Mango Voice.

**EHR Management:** Process and log all treatment records, chart notes, and insurance details accurately within Dentrix.

## Requirements

**Experience:** Direct prior experience working in a U.S. dental office; a dental healthcare background is strongly preferred.

**Language & Communication:** Exceptional, fluent bilingual English/Spanish.

**Software Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with Dentrix EMR and Mango Voice phone systems.

**Video Capability:** Fully equipped and comfortable working in a video-facing (camera-ready) virtual setup.

**Please note that this is a full-time contractor position (40 hours per week) with a starting pay rate of $6 per hour, depending on skill set and experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, PST time zone.**
