# Business Systems Analyst

## Description

We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support project work across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, Microsoft 365, VoIP Telecommunications, and Service Center teams. This is a hybrid contract role requiring a self-starter who takes ownership of assigned projects from requirements through implementation.

**What You'll Do**

-   Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate business needs through stakeholder interviews and current-state process/systems analysis
-   Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to keep projects on track and deliverables aligned to specification
-   Conduct data analysis, design solutions, and write clear technical requirements
-   Support testing and implementation of technology solutions
-   Conduct research and develop procedures to improve existing systems
-   Provide training and ongoing support to end users
-   Write Requests for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables documents

## Requirements

5+ years of relevant Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience

Strong experience with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize across several concurrent projects

Strong problem-solving skills — identifying issues, obstacles, and opportunities, and developing/implementing effective solutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working on Infrastructure projects (networking, server, workstation, telecom, or similar)

A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering a strong end-user experience
