## Description

**Contract type:** 1099 contract

**Overview:** State of Michigan engagement staffed through Stafford Gray. The client needs a senior ServiceNow resource to own platform level architecture decisions, not just module configuration.

**Responsibilities**

-   Own platform architecture: data model, integrations, security, scalability
-   Guide implementation across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM as applicable) and set platform standards
-   Lead technical design reviews and governance
-   Oversee integrations with other state systems (REST/SOAP, MID server, SSO/LDAP)
-   Mentor technical consultants and developers on the platform team
-   Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable architecture

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications**

-   Significant ServiceNow experience at an architecture level, not just configuration
-   ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
-   Experience across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM)
-   Integration experience: REST/SOAP, SSO/LDAP, MID server

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   State or local government client experience
-   CTA credential
