# Senior Salesforce Developer (Service & Experience Cloud)

## Description

We're looking for a senior Salesforce developer to own development and release cycles for a large-scale contact center CRM. This role is a strong fit if you have hands-on experience with **GoMeddo (or a similar scheduling product)** and **Conga Composer**, and you've migrated **legacy Visualforce portals to Experience Cloud**. **What you'll do**

-   Design, build and deploy Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions using Apex, triggers, LWC, Aura and Visualforce
-   Customize scheduling (GoMeddo) and document generation (Conga Composer) within Salesforce
-   Lead migration of legacy Visualforce portals to Digital Experience Sites, and of Classic functionality to Lightning
-   Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with cloud and on-premises systems, including OAuth and SSO
-   Develop Batch and Scheduled Apex for high-volume processing
-   Own SFDX development, branch management, merging and CI/CD deployments
-   Set development standards for the team, manage release and change processes, and build a transition plan into maintenance and operations
-   Gather requirements with technical managers, architects and business stakeholders, and communicate technical direction at the executive level

## Requirements

**Required**

-   6+ years of Salesforce development, including SFDX and the full development lifecycle
-   5+ years of Service Cloud
-   5+ years of Salesforce Digital Experience Sites (Experience Cloud)
-   5+ years of GoMeddo scheduling customization, or equivalent experience with a similar scheduling product
-   5+ years of Conga Composer
-   4+ years of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5 and JavaScript
-   3+ years of Lightning, including LWC
-   Proven experience with Classic-to-Lightning migration and Visualforce portal migration to Experience Cloud

**Preferred**

-   Salesforce Platform Developer II; Experience Cloud certification
-   Platform Developer I and Administrator certifications
-   Health Cloud experience
-   2+ years of API integration and SSO implementation
-   Azure DevOps or a similar tool for CI/CD and release management
-   Data migration or cloud integration projects
-   Government or FedRAMP-compliant environments
