📋 What You'll Do:

-   Assist attorneys with litigation case management from intake through resolution. ⚖️
-   Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence. 📝
-   Manage case files, deadlines, court calendars, and litigation schedules. 📅
-   Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation for active cases. 🔍
-   Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in English and Spanish. 🗣️
-   Prepare discovery materials, document productions, and case summaries. 📂
-   File legal documents electronically and maintain accurate case records. 💻

## Requirements

### ✅ Our Ideal Candidate:

-   Has at least **one year of experience working in a U.S. litigation law firm.** 💼
-   Holds a bachelor's degree in law or a related field. 🎓
-   Is bilingual in English (C1 or higher) and Spanish, both spoken and written. 🗣️✍️
-   Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple cases and deadlines. 📌
-   Has proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and document preparation. 📚
-   Has experience supporting civil litigation, personal injury, employment law, insurance defense, or similar practice areas. ⚖️
-   Is skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel. 💻
-   Can work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. 💪
-   Permanently resides in Latin America. 🌎
-   Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection. ⚡
