### Position Overview

Start Club is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and confident Event Staff to represent our clients at live events, promotional activations, and community experiences.

In this role, you will be the face of the brand—engaging with attendees, delivering engaging presentations, explaining products and services, and creating memorable interactions. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable speaking in front of groups, and knows how to create excitement and interest around a brand.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Represent Start Club and its clients at events, promotional campaigns, and community activations.
-   Engage directly with event attendees and create positive, professional interactions.
-   Deliver short presentations and product/service demonstrations to individuals and small groups.
-   Educate customers about featured products, services, promotions, and brand initiatives.
-   Ask questions and identify customer needs in order to recommend the most appropriate solutions.
-   Create an enthusiastic and welcoming environment that encourages attendees to learn more.
-   Guide interested customers through the next steps and assist with completing purchases or registrations when appropriate.
-   Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and role-playing exercises to continuously improve communication and presentation skills.
-   Maintain a professional appearance and represent each client according to their brand standards.
-   Work closely with team members to meet event goals and create a successful overall experience.
-   Provide feedback from customers and attendees to help improve future events and campaigns.
