## Description

**Role Overview:** As a Senior Software Engineer I (SSE-I), you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of software development, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, optimize, and maintain complex software solutions.

**Core Responsibilities**

1.  Independently Execute full software development life cycle
2.  Lead in the requirement understanding, architecture, design, and development of complex applications
3.  Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
4.  Implement clean, efficient, and secure code based on provided specifications using design patterns and other coding standards
5.  Write and maintain test cases if needed to ensure robustness, usability, and general reliability of applications
6.  Continuously learn and apply best practices in software development, particularly in Ruby on Rails / MERN / Frontend, to improve your skills and the quality of your work
7.  Work closely with other developers, designers, and the other team to ensure the applications meet business needs and user requirements
8.  Assist in the documentation of application features, functionality, and guides
9.  Participation in weekly calls/scrum meetings
10.  Lead and handle all aspects of written communications independently. Meeting Leadership: Lead calls and meetings, ensuring clear communication and effective management of discussions. Facilitate and guide team members during these interactions
11.  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write robust, optimized, and scalable code.
12.  Debug and resolve issues as they arise
13.  _Tackle performance bottlenecks and drive improvements to the backend and frontend infrastructure_
14.  _Learn emerging technologies and offer technical direction and creative solutions to business problems_
15.  Ensure that the projects are delivered in a timely manner

**Other Responsibilities**

-   _Work in a mentoring capacity within a peer-programming environment and provide guidance on tasks, irrespective of complexity or scale_
-   Assist in Hiring and Recruitment by conducting assessments and interviews

## Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field**

✅ **05 and above years** of experience in software development

**Preferred Qualifications**

-   Certification in AWS or related technologies
