## Description

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. Currently, we are looking for our perfect **CRM & Retention Specialist** to join our team and help us build meaningful customer journeys, improve engagement, and maximize retention across multiple communication channels.

## Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing, preferably within the iGaming industry.

Experience working with CRM platforms and customer communication tools.

Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, segmentation, and retention strategies.

Hands-on experience creating and managing email campaigns, automated customer journeys, trigger campaigns, and communication funnels.

Experience with A/B testing and analyzing campaign performance.

Understanding of key CRM metrics such as Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Unsubscribe Rate, and Customer Engagement.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.

Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Content, and Marketing teams.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

### Responsibilities

-   Create, launch, and manage customer communication campaigns across all available CRM channels.
-   Develop and maintain communication templates, ensuring technical accuracy and consistent delivery.
-   Build, optimize, and monitor automated customer journeys, trigger campaigns, onboarding, retention, and reactivation flows.
-   Collaborate with the CRM Manager to improve customer segmentation and lifecycle communication strategies.
-   Monitor campaign performance by analyzing key metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
-   Generate regular reports, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively propose new hypotheses to improve communication effectiveness.
-   Coordinate with Design and Content teams by preparing detailed tasks and ensuring high-quality campaign assets.
-   Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Creative teams to deliver relevant and personalized customer communications.
-   Participate in A/B testing initiatives and continuously optimize customer engagement.
-   Contribute to the growth of the subscriber base while maintaining the lowest possible unsubscribe rates across all communication channels.
