## Description

We are an AI-driven blockchain software company seeking a **Virtual Technical Operations Assistant** to support our engineering team. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will help streamline operations so our developers can stay focused on building and delivering high-quality software.

You’ll work directly with software engineers and leadership, coordinating workflows, managing tools, and handling administrative tasks that keep projects moving efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Coordinate sprint planning, stand-ups, and code review schedules
-   Create and manage tickets (Jira, Linear, Asana)
-   Organize GitHub repositories and maintain documentation in Notion
-   Filter Slack messages and emails to reduce distractions
-   Schedule deployments and track post-release tasks
-   Support onboarding (accounts, permissions, tools setup)
-   Manage calendars, meetings, and agendas
-   Perform light QA admin (bug tracking, basic UI checks)
-   Track invoices and expenses (QuickBooks or similar)
-   Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams

## Requirements

-   1+ year experience as a Virtual Assistant
-   1+ year supporting software engineers or technical teams
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Highly organized and detail-oriented
-   Comfortable working asynchronously in a remote environment
-   Proactive and able to work independently
-   Ability to commit consistently to 5–7 hours per week
-   Based in the United States
-   Able to pass a background check
-   Reliable high-speed internet and backup systems
-   Professional liability insurance (required before starting)

**Preferred:**

-   Experience with Slack, Discord, Zoom
