We are growing at 48% year-over-year and we are just getting started.  **ABOUT THE ROLE**  We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can run fast, communicate with precision, and own healthcare implementations from contract signature to go-live — without dropping a single thread.  This is not a coordinator role. You will manage complex, multi-stakeholder deployments across hospital systems and outpatient networks, lead EHR integration workstreams, configure AI-powered workflows in Steer Studio, and be the single point of accountability on every engagement you own. You will work directly alongside our VP of Customer Success, Implementation, Engineering, and GTM leads and be a key driver of how we scale.  This role includes periodic travel to customer sites throughout the United States to lead implementation workshops, support go-live activities, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful adoption.
