YOUR ROLE As a Stio Mountain Studio™ Retail Lead, you are part of our store team providing exceptional customer service each day. As a keyholder in a full-time hourly role, you share responsibility for opening and closing duties, support new employee shift training, and provide leadership in finding solutions for customers. You are expected to deliver an exceptional level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of our brand story and products, customer engagement, and selling. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining visual merchandising standards, supporting inventory receiving and stocking processes, and helping maintain an organized store and back stock. This role requires supporting in store and off site marketing events and activations, including setup, breakdown, and on-site execution. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and support all opening and closing duties in the absence of Managers - Utilize point of sale (POS) systems to research products and complete transactions - Team-oriented and able to maintain a positive attitude - Work alongside a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience - Multitask while prioritizing the customer experience - Coordinate same-day response needs to scheduling coverage - Provide feedback and guidance with the team to align with store, service, and role expectations - Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and active engagement with attendees of in store and off site events to promote brand awareness and foster community relationships - Communicate progress and updates with management during events and provide post event feedback to support continuous improvement  YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required - Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekend, nights and holiday season shifts - Self-starter proactive with tackling daily tasks, handling customer interactions, and communicating with your managers on a daily basis - Commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive space for every person who enters the Mountain Studio - Ability to work in dynamic, outdoor, and high-energy event environments - Valid driver's license required; must be comfortable driving a van or truck to transport materials and travel to off site events and activations - Computer proficiency and POS experience, Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred - Email and phone communication skills required - High School Diploma or GED preferred THE FINE PRINT - This role is for the winter season with an anticipated end date in April 2027 and will have a set start and end hourly full-time date range, discussed during the hiring process based on the individual and team’s business needs - Seasonal, full-time (30+ weekly hours), hourly, non-exempt and reports to the Mountain Studio Manager - Flexible shift times available throughout the week - Holiday pay - Steps from Snow King or Jackson Hole Mountain Resort  - Seasonal gear test allowance, generous employee discount, industry discount and more! - Must be able to move around the retail space, move upwards of 50 lbs and occasionally traverse ladders - Employee Assistance Program - Opportunity to extend position beyond the summer season dependent upon individual performance and business need in a part-time capacity - Hourly Rate: $19-$24 DOE This job description is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
