**Let's start with the role**

As a Casino Executive, you will be responsible for the management and growth of the Casino proposition, aiming to maximize commercial performance through content strategy, provider management, and performance optimization.

## Requirements

**As a Casino Executive, you will:**

-   Manage and optimize the Casino content portfolio (games, categories, providers)
-   Own game positioning across the platform (featured content, Game of the Week/Weekend, thematic series)
-   Develop and execute content and campaign concepts (e.g. game series, tournaments, enhanced RTP initiatives)
-   Manage relationships with providers for:

-   new releases
-   exclusivities
-   commercial opportunities and co-funded activities

-   Collaborate with CRM, Retention, and VIP teams to ensure optimal game integration in campaigns
-   Monitor performance of games, providers, and campaigns; identify optimization opportunities
-   Track market trends and competitor activity

**What you’ll bring:**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
-   Proven experience (2+ years) in experience in a product-related role; 

-   Experience in reporting and analysis, affinity in numbers
-   Ability to define a set of requirements that pinpoint business challenges and identify technical and business changes required to address them;
-   Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across technology and business teams;
-   Strong data-driven mindset.
-   Good understanding of technology, programming languages and software architecture is considered a plus;
-   Exceptional attention to detail, top-notch organizational and communication skills.
