**Let's start with the role**

You will be part of a growing team that focuses on owning the measurement layer of our acquisition function. You will ensure every channel is tracked correctly, every campaign is measured accurately, and the Acquisition and BI teams are always aligned on what the data means, ensuring decisions at every level are built on numbers we can trust.

## Requirements

**What you’ll bring**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field;
-   Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer (event mapping, attribution, fraud protection, dashboard reporting);
-   Strong proficiency in Google Tag Manager: triggers, variables, custom HTML/JS tags, and deployment workflows;
-   Solid working knowledge of GA4: event schema, explorations, audiences, and data streams;
-   Ability to query raw event data via BigQuery;
-   Experience with Meta for Developers: Pixel implementation, Conversions API (CAPI), and event debugging via Meta Events Manager;
-   Proficiency with Tag Assistant and Chrome DevTools for tracking validation and debugging;
-   Ability to build advanced reports that go beyond standard dashboards — cohort views, funnel analysis, channel attribution breakdowns;
-   Familiarity with server-side tagging (e.g., GTM server-side, first-party data collection setups);
-   Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to tracking.
