## Description

-   Manage the **end-to-end recruitment process**, from sourcing to onboarding.
-   Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
-   Source candidates through **LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other channels**.
-   Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
-   Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and organizational fit.
-   Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
-   Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-   Negotiate compensation and manage offer discussions.
-   Maintain and update the candidate database/ATS.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
-   Stay updated on IT technologies, market trends, and talent availability.

## Requirements

-   1–3 years of experience in recruitment.
-   A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
-   Training will be provided in end-to-end recruitment and HR administration activities.
