**Role**  

 The selected candidate will work closely with the UAE Business Owner and a small operations team to manage and grow our social media presence and support key marketing functions. We are looking for an experienced content and social media operator. 

**Responsibilities** 

-   Video editing (short-form reels, match highlights, promo content) using CapCut Pro / Descript 

-   Graphic design (game announcements, promos, sponsor content) via Canva + AI tools 

-   Copywriting: post captions, community messages (AI-assisted via Claude/ChatGPT) 

-   Content scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (Buffer / Later) 

-   Community management: DMs, comments, brand voice consistency 

-   Monthly/Weekly content calendar planning aligned with our game schedule 

-   Coordinating with our UAE-based videographer for match-day capture assets

## Requirements

-   3+ years in social media / content role, ideally for a sports, fitness, hospitality, or community brand 

-   Proven portfolio of short-form video and design output 

-   Fluent English, strong written communication 

-   Ability to work independently across UAE and PH time zones (must be available for weekly sync at UAE morning time)
